The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. The room was brilliant - comfy bed, spacious bathroom and lovely touches with the coffee machine, guide book and homemade biscuits. Would stay here again when visiting Arundel.

Exceptionally clean everywhere, very helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast. The snug room was limited for space and facilities and I would definitely return but only in one of the larger rooms.

Stayed a couple of nights in August. Nice bar and pub restaurant right in the centre of Arundel. On street parking was easy to find on a Sunday night and there's a large Pay and Display car park right at the back of the hotel. Nicely appointed and well-equipped room albeit a bit small for 2 adults and 2 dogs plus luggage to fit commfortably (maybe bigger rooms exist). Helpful staff and a good breakfast included. We found out on departure that they offer a discount for anyone attending cricket at Arundel Castle which is worth knowing for next time. Recommended.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more special experience, especially as I was celebrating my birthday. ❤️ A special thank you to Harrison, who was incredibly attentive, kind and helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. I’d also like to say a huge thank you to Lee, who looked after me during my birthday dinner. He was so lovely, attentive and thoughtful, and did so much to make my dinner feel extra special. His warm and friendly service really made a difference. It was the little details, the kindness and the genuine effort from the team that made my birthday, dinner and overall stay so memorable. I felt very well looked after from start to finish. Thank you to Harrison, Lee and the whole team for making my birthday so special. I’ll definitely remember this stay fondly and would love to return! ✨🥂❤️
