다시는 가지말곳

밤에는 음악소라에 시끄럽고 주변에는 다닐곳도 없고 침대엔 벌레들이 있어서 밤새 벌들하고 싸우고 물리고 슬리퍼제공, 타월제공도 미비하고 TV도 잘안켜져서 몇번식 보완요청하고 가격대비 최악의 호텔이네요

Modern hotel with good facilities

Attentive staff, good food, a small pleasant pool and clean rooms/public areas. A little out of the centre of Arusha but most things a short ride away.

Great hotel for business trip

I stayed at the SG Premium Resort for three nights on business. The rooms were very nice and incredibly clean, and the staff were quite attentive. The restaurant hotel was one of the best I've experienced in East Africa, and they make a fantastic curry! I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a mid-range option. The only negative I can think of would be their lack of clear coordination services for airport shuttle, safari, etc. We managed to get by just fine without it, but it would be an excellent feature to add in the future!

Good business hotel

Very spacious, well equipped rooms! Great service, comfortable for business stays. Second part of hotel under construction - will be finished Summer 2016 - no noise or interruptions.

Bad restaurant, they brought us the food 50' after ordering. Food wasn't good There was a hole in the bathtub flooding the bathroom.

Gutes Business-Hotel in Arusha in versteckter Lage

Das SG Premium Resort ist ein gutes Business-Hotel in Arusha. Große, sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Angestellten freundlich und hilfsbereich. Die Restaurantleistung finde ich sehr gut. Im Moment (Nov. 2014) finden Sanierungs- und Neubauarbeiten statt, die das Hotel etwas verwinkelt erscheinen lassen. Lärm- oder Geruchsblästigungen waren während meines Aufenthalts nicht zu verzeichnen. Das Hotel liegt noch zentral in Arusha (an der Straße nach Namanga, Kenia), allerdings versteckt hinter einer Tankstelle und kleiner schlecht zu findender Beschilderung. Zudem ist es auf einigen Buchungs- und Webseiten an der falschen Stelle auf der Karte markiert. Es liegt an der Kreuzung von Namanga Road (A104) und der Nairobi Road (die nicht Richtung Nairobi führt!). Das ist aber wirklich auch der einzige Mangel dieses Hotels.

Nice hotel, although still being finished the work didn't affect my stay. Great size, clean room. Compared to other hotels I stayed at in Tanzania this was very nice and I would recommend.

SG premium resort is a nice hotel with modern interiors. The Staff is very keen and helpful and always fullfils your wishes. I recommend it to everyone.

Awesome property, off the noisy neighbourhood

Overall really satisfied. Awesome rooms, food ok, remote from restaurants.i recommend this hotel for a night on your way to safari or upon return.

Would have been perfect if...

The room was great. Very modern furnishings, luxurious beddings. I heard a knocking type noise the whole time I was there which was annoying. The breakfast had a lot to offer in terms of variety but the food was only fair. I'm sure the fresh omelets were great but I didn't try those. The coffee was good! And I had room service which was really good. Spaghetti Bolennaise was excellent. The staff was helpful. Overall it was a good stay except for the noise I kept hearing which the staff couldn't fix.

Comfortable rooms but bad room service

Resort is surrounding by the chaos of Arusha, however is behind a gate and security. The room service is very poor. You have to remind the order several times Before you can get it. The ongoing Construction makes the first impression not very excited but once you enter the room you are surprised. Very Clean rooms

Nice hotel but hard to find.

We stayed one night before going on safari, hotel nice room clean and comfortable, we ate the dinner and breakfast, food was excellent. We would stay again if passing through Ausha.

Gutes Hotel in sicherer Lage

Modernes Hotel in zentrumsnaher Lage, mit Sicherheitstor. Im Eingangsbereich noch etwas Baustelle, aber kein Baulärm im Zimmer. Sehr große Betten, guter Komfort, auch wenn an einigen Kleinigkeiten der afrikanische "Standard" spürbar ist (tropfender Wasserhahn, Taxi wurde zur Abholung an falschen Flughafen geschickt, statt einem Doppelzimmer haben wir erst mal 2 Einzelzimmer bekommen)

Fint hotel for en eller 2 overanatting

Hotelet ligger på det værste stedet i Arusha.Ikke anbefalles å gå ut fra hotels området uten bil. Hotelet er under oppusing,men rommene ser virkelig fantastisk ut.!! Vi fikk en suite med stor badekar og en kingsize seng. Aircondition,TV.Safe og ok frokost. Vi spiste også middag på restaurant om kvelden og maten var veldig god og ikke minst veldig veldig billig.. Svømmebasseng så veldig stusselig ut og ligger rett på parkeirngsplass. Ingen bader der.Om et år eller 2 tror jeg hotelet blir veldig veldig bra.

Tribe to be...

The hotel has great potential and I think the owners/managers have the best will in the world. This hotel reminded me strongly of the Tribe hotel in Nairobi but where the Tribe has a strong confident hand in their interior decor this has many wobbly bits, but with the best intent; quite hideous gigantic plastic looking made in China (not that everything from China is bad, far from it but there is a cheap ugly end to the market and whoever 'added bits' to the interior concept has captured this end of the market,). However everything else was great; had a few wobbly moments as we were driven through what appeared a down market shopping mall amid warnings from our taxi driver tht we had chosen a " poor' hotel. Retrospectively, it's clear the driver was working for another hotel and this was a strategy to put us off; our rooms were scrupulously clean, well-aired, the staff polite and helpful and breakfast was very good. In fact we arrived a few minutes after 10 when breakfast was over, yet they didn't hesitate to serve us. I recommend this hotel highly, although it's still in the process of bring completed, but someone needs to get hold of those hideous vases, buy some decent art and this hotel will rock!

Ik vond het heel goed, betaalde een hele lage prijs, omdat ze nog bezig zijn met bouwen, waardoor ze om half acht gingen timmeren, maar aangezien ik hier toch verbleef voor werk was het helemaal goed. Als je voor je vakantie gaat en niet van vroeg opstaan houd zou ik aanbevelen dit hotel te bezoeken wanneer ze helemaal klaar zijn met de verbouwing want het is en wordt super mooi.
