"I’m a tough critic and I was so pleasantly surprised at how phenomenal this hotel was. The service, the room, the spa, the breakfast. Everything was absolutely fabulous!! "

"Our check in was simple and our room was ready around 1pm which was perfect . Our junior suite was lovely. Would have preferred a separate bedroom but did realise that junior suites normally are just bigger rooms. Balcony was great with fabulous views with the right weather over the lake. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space with hangers and importantly trouser & skirt hangers. Wi fi was great and a very informative desk was very useful. Very happy overall and would definitely return. "
