"We were in the middle of moving house and booked this apartment nearby while in transition. It lived up to its name. It was a great haven. Plenty of great restaurants close by as well as the Metro supermarket a block away. Friendly people. Has and elevator and a washing machine. Very nice kitchen. "I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."

"The hotel is located in a good area, very close to the Pyramids' old entrance and just 8 min away on car from the GEM (Uber charge us only US$12 from the hotel to get to the GEM). It has a beautiful top roof with ann an incredible sight view of the pyramids. Sunrise and Sunset looking at the pyramids of Giza is totally worthy in this hotel. Also, the staff is so welcoming and friendly, mostly gabry , the receptionist! What a nice and servicial guy! The helped us to booked the most trips in Cairo and Alexandria!"

"I requested the Sphinx view from my room and I got it. Everyone at the hotel did a great job making my stay there a very pleasant one and I truly appreciate it. The rooftop is a great place to hangout at night with the awesome view of the pyramids. They also offer free tea coffee and water. The view from my। room was simply out of the world but I don't think it's going to last long. There's a construction going on and I can tell that it's going to block the views. There's a free airport pickup service if you stay at the hotel for certain number if days. I Loved it. The gentleman who went to pick me up was very friendly and waited extra time for me as I had some issues with my luggage. He showed no frustration and insisted offered me drinks which I really appreciated. There are all kinds of restaurants, cafe, gift shops around the hotel. The free breakfast they have is just ok, nothing special about it. There is NO elevator service. Internet is ok."
