"お部屋はとても広くて清潔で、朝食も種類が多くて美味しかったです。 ただ、シャワールームの排水に問題があり、シャワーを浴びるたびに大変なことになります。 シャワールームが扉などで区切られていないため、隣接しているトイレや洗面台が水浸しになります。 あまりにも酷かったのでシャワーを浴びた後に清掃してもらいました。 もう一つの課題として、開業して間もないのかオペレーションに少し問題があるように感じました。 フロントデスクではチェックイン時に時間がかかったり、朝7時頃に「あなたの名前を教えてほしい」と2回もフロントから電話がかかってきて起こされました。 シャワールームの排水とオペレーションのみ改善できれば、とても素晴らしいホテルになると思います。"

"Great hotel. Clean and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet. Was very helpful and accommodating when I extended me and my family’s stay and accidentally booked for just for myself."

"The worst experience ever, the sink was broken, the carpet is very old, the vents are full of dust and probably molds too. My first room was without a window and although the management upgraded my stay to a bigger room with a window, it was not up to the standards, this was very disappointing. i think this entire hotel needs renovation from the ground up."
