It was nice and quiet with nice breakfast and friendly staff. A 5 minute walk from the train station and a great place to use as a base. Lots of eating options nearby. We were happy we stayed here.

Nice stay

Check in is quite smooth. Very friendly staff! Parking experience is great too. First time parked in a mechanical parking facility but staff were so helpful. No issue at all. Room was clean. Breakfast was good too.

A big Aeon mall nearby. The room was nice, but parking is the lifting system which you had to make sure to take everything you need out as it's not quite convenient to ask them to bring your car down for you just to get stuffs.

素泊まりでの宿泊です。 JR利用だったので、駅が目の前の立地は便利です。 1階にセコマもあるので、ちょっとした買い物も便利だと思います（滞在中は利用しませんでした）。 部屋はよくあるビジネスホテルといった感じで、良くも悪くも特筆することはありませんでした。 縦長の部屋にベッド、ソファを同じ縦方向に並べるレイアウトは、違和感がありました。 1階から3階まで4機のエレベーターが、3階から上の階には3機のエレベーターが設置されています（1機のみ1階〜3階往復用）が、いちいち3階で止まるのとエレベーターの動作が遅くてストレスに感じました。 エレベーターのOSがアホなのか、効率良く動いていなかったのもマイナスです。 マイナス面はそんなところくらいですかね。

大浴場はいいですね。天人峡のお湯で肌がつるつるになりました。レストランのスタッフの方が大きな声で「おはようございます！」と挨拶をしてくださるのはいいですね。シャキッとして、今日も頑張ろうっていう気になりました。

Location is great but rooms are quite small even by Japanese standards. My pet dislike is airconditioning systems which can’t be user controlled - this is one of them. The temperature was a few degrees warmer than I would expect. Window can be opened slightly to let in cooler air, but in a west facing room in the afternoon/ evening it is still very warm.
