"This is my best 2 nights stay in Sapporo, I got upgraded with higher levels and the room is clean and spacious (btw this hotel is the only one I noticed they have changed bed sheets and pillows cover for my 7 days family trip) and I was able to store my luggage 2 days before I checked in. Front desk is professional and friendly, btw I was able to do late check out cause wife wants to do some shopping thanks to IHG memberships. "

"I had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location. The subway is nearby and Tanukikoji Shopping Street is just a short walk away with lots of restaurants and shops. I enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapporo."
