"We stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and overall it was a very good experience. The location is excellent, with restaurants, a pharmacy, supermarkets, and many great places nearby. The hotel staff were very kind, helpful, and always willing to assist us.
However, there are a couple of points that we felt could be improved. First, there was no refrigerator in the room. In most hotels around the world, even a small fridge is usually provided. Since we were traveling with a young child, this was a bit inconvenient. The staff kindly offered to store our food in their refrigerator downstairs, but this was not very practical as we had to go down and ask for our items each time.
More importantly, there was no telephone or intercom system in our room. If we needed to contact the reception—for example, to request fresh towels—we had to use our own phone. As international travelers, roaming charges can be quite high, so this was not ideal. In our opinion, having a phone in the room is essential and would greatly improve the guest experience."
