"The best part about our stay was the private beach access. While the house was cute and what you’d generally expect for a beach house, there were a number of things that were disappointing given the price of the rental. For example, it was advertised that there was a washing machine but you couldn’t load the detergent. One of the air vents was taped into the wall (otherwise it fell out) and it was difficult to open/lock some of the doors."

Best feature was three bedrooms, so couple could have one room, and each teen could have another. Also great: two bathrooms. Not air conditioned, but fans adequate this late in season, plus close to ocean. Was hard to figure out parking. Having ginger ale as well as water in fridge a nice touch. "Plus: clean, location to beach, sofa bed actually comfortable (although no sheets that actually fit) Not so plus: front lawn not mowed, had hard time parking on the pad (I drove a Kia Sorento, no street parking), no hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels/kitchen towels (first thing went to Target to get what we needed), no games/books/magazines, designated office area—beat up desk sandwiched next to sofa, backyard not very private, just not a super welcoming vibe. Albeit, not the worst place...

"Very nice and clean. Was the perfect size for our little family. Make sure you only have a maximum of 4 people in your party because they will charge you an extra $100 per person per night (including children), and they have cameras to monitor. They should really consider investing in a shower liner to keep the bathroom floor dry. "
