"Nice staff, good pool, opportunity for kayaking and pedalo boats. Nice local area. The loud night time shows could be a problem (9 to 12pm), in this case get one of the huts further up the hill. The phone app is a good idea, but would be fantastic if it was also in other languages (not just Italian). "

"I stayed there mid march, the price was great less than $40 a night. Room was big, clean, and great view of the sea and mountains. Be careful with the restaurant, make sure you ask for the price first. Som prices for 100 grams, so if you get 500 grams, time that price by 5... :)"

"We used the Hotel Venere as a bed and breakfast base to cycle around the Parco Nazionale del Cilento e Vallo di Diano. Being out of the main holiday season the area was quite with only one restaurant open in Ascea - but this had the advantage that the roads were quite. The hotel is only a short distance from the railway station meaning that it was easy to transport bikes."

"The loveliest terrace view! And the cafe/restaurant was so good! And the service was so friendly and personal. Loved it. My only complaint is the train station is too far away to walk, so I had to take a $25 cab ride each way to get from the train to the hotel and back. "

Bagno ampio ma poca attenzione ai dettagli.(mancava gancio per mantenere la doccia in alto, lo sciacquone aveva un rubinetto che eroga poca acqua e non era bloccato con la vite ma si staccava ad ogni utilizzo. "The beach is just a 10 min walk, the water is cristal clear and the costal hiking way a nice mixture of history and nature. We stayed here after visiting Paestum (short drive)and after a warm wellcome we got a very unique pizza to taste. Also the breakfast was amazing and I would love to have the view out of the hotel room window every day - this old olive trees!"

"Didn't know much about Pisciotta and arriving at La Casa sul Blu was an amazing pleasant surprise. It's an old mill, beautifully restored, charming with lots of history. The rooms have a beautiful view over the mountain, especially for the sunset. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and even made sure I got a vegan breakfast. "
