"Hotel Margot was not my first choice. I had reservations elsewhere but had to change due to hurricane damage. Expedia was excellent in notifying me of the issue and helping me to find an alternate location on short notice. Hotel Margot reminds me of a well-kept 60's era beach motel. It is relatively well kept and clean. My check-in was delayed as the room was not ready by check-in time. The receptionist was very accommodating and apologetic. I have only 2 real complaints with the room -...

"Nice, friendly staff."

"The staff did not clean our room when we asked but did come to our room to bring towels."

"The best part was the staff. They were wonderful"

"It's the worst place I seen . roaches in the room .dirty property.i couldn't stay in the room"

"Nice place, good breakfast. Good location."

"Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again."

"Booked online, arrived and the place was a dump. Very unpleasant"

"Nice place can be located"

"Great Staff! Very Clean"

"Good stay"

"Rooms are aged. Door jam for our room was missing a large piece. Understaffed so I waited 15 minutes for a drink at the bar behind the lone desk clerk. This was a one time deal. Too pricey with the condition of the place. No real damage either from the recent hurricane."

"This facility had just endured a hurricane, so property had debris around them. The room smelled musty and that really was the only issue. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable."

"The bathroom was cramped for a BW Plus."
