  • This apartment is on the top floor and has 2 floors. It is divided into two bedrooms, a living room, two stylish bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and has a long balcony. The renovation was completed in late 2019. An underground parking space also belongs to the apartment. The washing machine and dryer are in the basement.
    A beautiful park with a cozy beer garden is only a 15-minute walk away. A five-minute walk from the apartment takes you to the large shopping center, which also houses a bakery, a butcher and a Turkish quick restaurant. You quickly get on public transport (4 minutes on foot), which takes you from the apartment to the heart of the city (Herstall Tower) in 13 minutes.
