Keyhosting House Rules
1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay past the agreed-upon check-out time or delay our cleaning services are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests may not make reservations within their own city via KeyHosting. Please contact us if you would like to book a property in your own city of residence.
3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, including on the terrace or in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs. Parties and similar events are strictly prohibited in the vacation rental. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and a penalty of €1,000.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.
5. Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.
7. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises or furnishings, as well as for the replacement of lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking passes. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.
8. Security systems for measuring noise levels may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise. IMPORTANT: Only the noise level is measured—nothing is recorded! If the security system is turned off or removed without our express permission, we will consider this an attempt to conceal a party, which will trigger the contractual penalty specified in Section 3.
9. Quiet hours must be observed from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
10. Making a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
11. In order to check in, all required information must be provided and all forms must be completed and submitted to us prior to each check-in; this includes an ID check with a photo of the specified identification document
