Aschau: 10% on the ski rental in our own ski rental about 300 meters away. No pets allowed. Very beautiful 3-family house "Siglstetter", renovated in 2022. On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 200 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking. E-charging station. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, thermal baths "Therme Fügen" 11 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer See" 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, ski rental 300 m. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 57 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski-Optimal Hochzillertal 5.5 km, Zillertal Arena 3.6 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. 24hr guard. The owner lives in the same residence.
"S'platzl", 3-room apartment 78 m2 on 1st floor. Very tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. 1 double bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds, shower/WC. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with 1 sofabed, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Underfloor heating. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. 10% on the ski rental in our own ski rental about 300 meters away. The bunk bed up to a weight of 70kg.
