Breakfast had a lot of choose with local options. Then when the weather got to hot you could cool down with a drink and swim in the rooftop pool and bar. "

"I took my mom out on a lovely summer holiday to Astir and we’d love to be back someday! The rooms were lovely, and so were the pools, the sea water was warm which is quite a change for us. The lunch staff knew our order by heart, and everyone we spoke to provided excellent service, from reception, to the bar staff and buffet waiters, everyone was exceptionally welcoming. The food was pretty good, there’s options for everyone. We did expect there to be more fish on a regular basis, but when they did it was amazing. You’re catered for all meals if you have the all inclusive package which I’d recommend. We were pleasantly surprised with the entertainment, which we didn’t know we’d encounter! The entertainment team kept us going all day, from the water gymnastics class all the way to their shows after dinner, what a treat! They were all super lovely and made the time to speak to everyone they walked past throughout the day. The only not so positive element was the amount of children in general. I purposefully picked a hotel that didn’t seem to cater to babies and children that much but that didn’t seem to stop it being packed with families with young kids, specially around the pool entrances. "

"Great stay at Angela Apartments and would recommend as very good value. Apartments are basic but clean with comfortable beds. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies. Bathroom has been modernised but other parts of the apartment could do with updating. Staff very friendly and drinks at bar are reasonably priced. Only a 10 minute walk to Kos town where there are plenty of bars and shops. There is luggage storage and a shower room you can use prior to coming home. Wi-Fi signal good too. Would be very happy to return. "
