"The hotel room is truly small; larger people would have difficulty fitting between the wall and the bed to get in and out of bed. Good things about the room: nice quality sheets, pod-type coffee maker, tea kettle and refrigerator. The shower was much better than many in England and Europe, that is, it had a real door that closed so that water didn't splash on the bathroom floor! Hotel is close to Kensington High Street tube station and there is a nice Waitrose grocery store nearby. Lots of pretty good restaurants are in walking distance."

"Loved our stay here , the bed and pillows were extremely comfy and the quilt cosy , we were in a room that slept 6 , although adequate I think the room would be too small for 6 , we were a party of 4 , 3 adults and 1 child for 3 nights and had to choreograph our movements around each other, also the room could do with some more hanging hooks and shelf space , maybe floating ones would work as there is a shortage of places to put toiletries etc. I wasn’t keen on the frosted glass sliding door for the toilet and shower and felt there was no privacy with 4 people in the room , a nice vinyl would sort that out , our room was on the ground floor and was quiet so too was the air conditioning, the staff were lovely and welcoming and Earls Court tube was a 3 minute walk away, I would definitely stay at this hotel again but perhaps not as part of a 4 and would definitely recommend."

"It is a perfect walk to the tube that accesses central London and Heathrow Airport very easily. The staff were very friendly and assisted me greatly during my forst trip to London."

"Nice and quiet hotel near the airport. If you are traveling with little to no luggage, you can catch a city bus to and from the property. If not, you will need to pay for a bus that stops at numerous other hotels first, which is not convenient. Otherwise a pleasant stay."

"Great location and lobby is gorgeous. Shower leaked. Galway’s and rooms a bit run-down. Bed firm but very comfortAble. Sink leaked, adding to the pool of water on the ground from the shower. Called down for multiple things never brought. Fridge not actually cold. Water is only bottled and upon request after the two provided in room."
