"Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. However, the Check-in process was rather tedious and I didn't particularly like retrieving the key from a lock box on a fence - it was also hard to open. Nonetheless, a good and affordable stay."

"Property as described, nice to have little things like tea and coffee available. Mike also met us at 1am after a flight delay to handover the key which was very kind. Access to pool and gym a great bonus! Excellent price point, would definitely stay again! "

"It seems like the place wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The dining table was greasy. The smell of the place wasn’t pleasant. The TV didn’t work and the controller was missing a battery. There were spider webs on the windows. It was a good location and small and practical but not very pleasant experience. "

"Location on Pascoe vale rd right at the tram stop was excellent with a short tram ride to the heart of Melbourne. Street parking was in short supply due to most being permit allocated. Although off street parking was free charging for induction to use the car stacker was not mentioned in the booking. Cleaning of the apartment was very poor, upon arrival we found dirty tissues on the floor in the master bed along with previous renters prescription medical in the robe. Both bathrooms had mould on...

"Really dirty unit. The air conditioner had a thick layer of dirt on top of the unit, floors sticky and not moped. Toaster, kettle, stove top dirtyTried to vacuum but it was useless, full of dust and dirt and wouldn’t suck. I emptied it but still wouldn’t work. The mop was a solid block of foam and wouldn’t open or close.We stayed to be near the zoo and take our 1 and 3 year old to the Zoo we wouldn’t let the kids on the floor as we were afraid they’d catch something Very disappointed in the...

"We(6) family members enjoyed our stay in this condo. The dishwasher was not in working order, but dish washing liquid and drainer were provided. The location is great! "

"The property is very nice internally, and clean. The bathroom is very nice and I appreciated the toiletries provided. A welcome gift basket with food and a bottle of wine went above and beyond. It was quite hot when I arrived as the blinds were up and all windows shut, but the air con soon fixed that. The road works the first night were a bit unpleasant, but didn't matter too much as I used the bedroom at the rear. The open plan kitchen is delightful, with every bit of equipment you could need....
