Clean and safe with a bountiful breakfast

It was a great place. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Pierdrei at the beginning of our trip and the end. The second stay was just as enjoyable as the first. This time we stayed on a different floor and the hallway decor was so colorful, artful and quirky. There were miniature scenes on the wall like those at the Miniature Wonderworld in Hamburg. The room were very modern. I was very surprised of how nice they looked after walking into the lobby and seeing the added ramp and the 2 worn out chairs I was like oh oh. But after going into the elevator room and getting into our room I was like NICE. Very nice and clean. The only issue is that the shower is a bit too small and when you have the windows open the skunk smell from that type of smoking cones in. Quiet, clean room . Spacious room and good area for quick access to inner city .

Was here for a week (5 days) for a business trip in late August 2016. After two days of ordering room service for dinner the staff got to know me and offered to send up something from the hotel's restaurant instead of the regular room service menu. Such a nice gesture. There were several other little things the staff also did to make my stay excellent. In addition to the staff, the hotel is well situated downtown. It is in walking distance of many locations but also within a 5 minute walk...

Charming is the key word - covering staff, room, atmosphere and the nearby beautiful old city buildings

We went to a concert in the Elbphilharmonie, and this was a perfect venue for us. 10 minute walk, friendly and good humored atmosphere with a hip vibe.

Amway lovely to stay here. The breakfast buffet is beautiful, the staff is so accommodating and competent, and it is nicely decorated and sparkling clean. Onsite parking is also a big plus.

Nice styling for entire property. Staff was very friendly, and Haribo candy at front desk. Breakfast was very good, although seemed over-priced at 35 euro per person.

Very nice hotel within walking distance of many of Hamburgs attractions.
