"Staff professional, friendly and welcoming. Food very tasty, accommodation clean, tidy and comfortable-we were a group of 3 staying in one room for one night whilst attending crufts and the hotel didn’t disappoint, fab weekend, thanks everyone ❤️"

"The bed and pillows weren’t very comfy and we could hear the entertainment while trying to get to sleep. The carpet was a bit dirty and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either. The food and room service was generally great but pizza was burnt on the underside and tasted charred. The WiFi was great and staff were friendly and helpful. The stay wasn’t terrible but probably wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Issue as soon as we arrived, they had only reserved one room and not two. Room was full of Damp, and Carpet was wet (had to walk around with shoes on). Loud Music until late hours. Uncomfortable bed, however pillows were lovely. Staff were friendly, however i wouldn't stay here again. Felt unsafe as solo traveller. Resturant was cloaed."

"No parking available. Carpet filthy and stained. Mould in several places in bathroom and corridor. No wifi whatsoever even though it is advertised. Drunks shouting till 1AM then drunk woman screaming at 3.30 AM. Possibly staff member. Place was full of workmen obviously not caring about dirty work boots. Lack of wifi blamed on the brewery. "
