"All was very good, but did feel that our room was in need of a little TLC, unpainted skirting board, minor marks on walls which a touch up with paint would improve."

Bar food and drinks were nice but disappointing that on Expedia (who we booked through) it said pets stay free but on arrival charges were applied for the dog which is why I’ve given a lower rating. Did mention to the member of staff who checked us in but nothing was done about this and Expedia still shows as pets stay free "

"The room was clean bed was comfortable, an extra pillow on the beds would be good, there was mould in the shower. Staff so polite and helpful, the bar area was good, and plenty of parking. I came for a night with my children to visit family, very easy to get to my dads and felt safe with my children. "
