"We had the best experience with high class service all around. This hotel has some amazing views of the red sea. The room looked magnificent and luxurious all facilities in the hotel were luxurious and the hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing with pleasant smell all around the hotel. The hospitality was great and the whole concierge team are very friendly, professional and very welcoming. I spent the whole night trying to manage this issue while I'm having guests from outside the city. Be Note that this is a 3 star property as per of the paper listed on the reception."
