The perfect cottage located within the Peak District, close to the town of Ashbourne, and views for miles over the Derbyshire landscape, sitting within the Daleside Centre and is part of the Go Beyond children’s charity.. All on the Ground Floor:

Living area: Smart TV, Sofa Bed (Double)

Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Front garden with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. As you park your car in the private parking area you cannot help but take in the beautiful scenery of the rolling hills and instantly feel relaxed. The cottage is a small, yet quaint bungalow and provides everything you should need as a base for your Peak District getaway.
The kitchen provides an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge, with the windows facing over the hills, a living room with TV and sofa which can be turned into a double sofa to sleep two additional guests and a dining table with chairs, plus access to the side lawned garden. The bedroom boasts high ceilings and a double bed as well as a bathroom with shower over bath. Outside offers dual aspect gardens, one lawned and one patio with garden furniture.
Ravenscliffe Cottage is located on the outskirts of Ashbourne, where just a short drive will take you into the town itself which has plenty of eateries, shops and cobbled streets to amble around. Nearby from the cottage is the famous Stepping Stones of Dovedale, a walk well worth doing, as well as the Tissington Trail which is a great cycling route too. There are many other walks on offer in the area, but if you wish to mix it up with other activities then you can visit the historic Chatsworth House and explore the gardens and farmyard. If you a more of a thrill seeker, then Alton Towers Theme Park and Splash Landings is under a 30-minute drive. There are two pubs just over a mile away, but please note there are no pavements on the country roads to get there.

I loved this little cottage.
I loved this little cottage. Perfect for me and my little dog. I loved sitting out in the sunshine looking at the views.

It was a great little place for our young family.
