"The only problem during my at the hotel arranged by the Alumni Association of Groton School for our reunion weekend was that I had volunteered to be the pickup person at Logan Airport in Boston and had three persons to pick up, the first one ag 10am, the last at 1:30. During my wait I was informed of my need to return home to New Jersey that day, and at check out at about 2:30 was informed by the desk that I would be charged for Friday night as well as Thursday. I realize it was a “late” checkout, but had not expected to be charged for Friday night as I was sure the hotel would get a weekend reservation to cover that. But the charge was made. Not happy about that."

"Enjoyed our stay at Groton, we came in for a friend’s wedding. Loved the restaurant, the view at the back and the proximity to what’s necessary. The staffs were really amazing Eleanor, Sophia, Olivia and also the cleaning crew and the other front desk employees.Very accommodative and friendly. It’s a place that I would visit again. "

"Was conveniently located to town. Rooms were very clean and clean thru out the hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good with many choices. "

"The Birchwood Inn was out of the way, but it was worth it. It was a nice country in on a very quiet road. Our room was very comfortable, and snacks as well as a continental breakfast was included. A restaurant was attached to the Inn and although we didn't eat there, we had a drink at their bar and the atmosphere was very friendly. The staff could not have been nicer or more friendly."
