"We were met by an exceptionally friendly staff, particularly, Charlotte, at the front desk. It was our 56th wedding anniversary and once she found out about it, she did everything in her power to make us feel important and welcome. As did everyone else on your fine staff from the valets, the man who brought our luggage to our room, the concierge, and everyone at the front desks. We thank Charlotte for arranging the anniversary gift of fine wine with chocolates that was delivered to our room. Something that my wife and I didn't expect. "
