"Rooms were fine. Was told our room was on floor with construction but wouldn't affect us. We walked by workers sanding drywall with masks. It irritated our eyes and we had dust on our clothes and feet. There was no carts to take our luggage in the morning which meant three trips through the dust. Under no circumstances should we have been subjected to those conditions. I want a refund of my money. Totally unacceptable. The service desk was polite. The rooms were good on a positive note. "There was algae in the clear tub handle. The freezer was unusable. It was completely iced over. As far as shopping, its a small town. Ir was an easy drive to the Crater of Diamonds State Park, which was the reason we were there."

"Hot tub was cold, maintenence had left for the evening and no one there k ew how to turn it on. It was the only filter i added in my search for the room. Oh, they charge $4.95 for a 20oz soft drink. The taff was polite and friendly, though. "
