  • Welcome to this brand new build tucked into a centrally located, quiet neighborhood. This sparkling 4BR/3.5BA home sleeps eight with four queen beds. Gather in the chef's kitchen, then settle into beautifully decorated spaces that feel both stylish and genuinely comfortable. You're just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and all that downtown Asheville has to offer. Biltmore Village is just a couple miles down the road as well. Book this entire home with quick access to everything!

    This spacious home offers the comfort and ease of a true home away from home, with an open living area, kitchen, and dining room that flow naturally together. The main floor hosts the primary bedroom and en suite bath, plus a convenient half bath. Step out onto the large covered deck and you've got the perfect spot to unwind for the cool mountain evenings.

    Upstairs, three additional queen bedrooms give everyone room to spread out, served by two full baths, one with a walk-in shower and one with a deep soaking tub. A full laundry room is all yours for the duration of your stay. Parking is never a worry, with a driveway that easily accommodates 5 cars, possibly 6 or 7 if you get a little creative.

We had a great stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home. The location was perfect for our needs, especially for families traveling for competitive tennis, as it’s less than 10 minutes from the Asheville Racquet Club, which was incredibly convenient.The home itself is new, clean, and well-maintained. While it is located close to the road, we only noticed minimal traffic noise during the late evening hours, and it didn’t significantly impact our stay. One of the highlights was the neighborhood—full-time neighbors were quiet, welcoming, and made us feel safe and right at home.Overall, it was a wonderful experience. If I could suggest a couple of improvements, it would be to consider offering more variety in sleeping arrangements (all four beds are currently queens, adding a king bed in the primary/main-level bedroom would be a nice upgrade). Additionally, a few small kitchen additions, like a whisk, would make the space even more functional for guests who enjoy cooking.All in all, a fantastic stay in a great location, we would definitely return!
