Large window in 425 had a huge crack down it, but staff knew. I loved the fact that pets were allowed and that you were so proaction of finding good homes for animals.

Great location, walking distance to multiple restaurants/shops. Rooms are spacious, great bathrooms, beds were amazing. Only minor issue was AC blowing on one of the beds, but otherwise, highly recommend. Asheville is an amazing place, we’ll be back! Thanks!

Overall good stay. Very pet friendly, so there was some pet hair in the room (not a negative for me, as i ❤️ dogs). Rooms were spacious and beds comfy. Didn’t hear any noise, so slept well. Staff very friendly and hotel is walking distance to endless shopping, dining, breweries etc. For sure would stay here again. Tip- must get to the front desk and check in 1st so you can get garage pass, but temp parking near the entrance was tricky due to very extremely small space on the main street
