Perfect location for an Asheville weekend!

This is an older hotel property, and has the layout you might expect. Not luxurious, but very clean and ideal for our purposes of exploring downtown Asheville for the weekend! We were on the 5th floor, and liked how we could take the stairs or elevator to easily get up and down. Front desk was friendly and efficient. We will stay here again!

Great room for the price

It was honestly a really great stay. The weekend was beautiful and we had a mountain facing room which made it even better. So much is within walking distance, it’s a very walkable city. The staff was friendly and patient and we had no problems. The elevator was a bit odd, but outside of that it was a wonderful place. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location for walking around town

Location is perfect for walking through Asheville and to RAD. Building is so old and in desperate need of upgrades. Don’t think we will stay there again.

We were looking for something close to the downtown area where we were seeing a show. This hotel was perfect! Walking into the room brought me back to my childhood roadtrips. The room was clean and cozy. The hotel has some aging and could use some TLC but it was perfect for our one night stay.

Great location right downtown and walkable distance to everything. Parking was free which was a bonus to not have to drive around downtown. The hotel is old and very basic, don't expect any updates. You get what you pay for. However, the room wa clean and we experienced no issues and the check in staff was friendly. If you're looking for a short stay that's convenient to downtown it's a good budget option.
