Perfect location!

This location was perfect for walking to all the fun places downtown! The unit was clean and worked well for our 2-night stay. Parking was also very appreciated given the downtown location. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Great Asheville Stay!

This place was great for our short getaway to Asheville! It's conveniently located to downtown Asheville. We parked our car at the parking deck and walked all over downtown Asheville. Very easy to check out shops, restaurants, and breweries! Highly recommend, and would stay again!

The perfect spot for a weekend away!

We absolutely loved this property for our girls weekend away. The first thing we all commented on, was how clean it was. The location is perfect for folks wanting to walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Asheville. We would definitely return to this property for our next Asheville trip!

Girls weekend

The perfect location in downtown Asheville! Walkable to all the shops And restaurants but on a relatively quiet street and very safe. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were nice and accommodations were great. Could use a blender but otherwise perfect and had everything else we needed! We would stay here again!

Great place in a great location

Really enjoyed our stay in Asheville. The property is as described in a very walkable area in close proximity to the restaurants and breweries. Clean and bright condo. Only minor downside to be aware of is the walls are a little thin and you’ll hear folks walking around above you or the vacuums running early in the mornings but common to any condo.

Great November stay!

3 minute walk to most of the popular dining spots. Super clean, comfy beds, and everything as pictured. Easy check-in, great access from street level parking, and no elevator needed. Some morning noise due to location and the view isn't very private, but it didn't bother us at all. The interior and walkability made up for it.

Fantastic!

Location! Walking distance to all restaurants shopping and bars in downtown Asheville. The checkin and parking app, was very easy. The unit was super clean, modern with typical amenities. Biltmore is about a 10-15 minute drive from the condo. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Great location and property

Wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Felt completely safe the entire time. Condo building is extremely secure. Condo itself was modern and nicely equipped with most amenities. Beds were very comfortable. A full length mirror would have been nice. All in all a great place to stay!

Perfect Asheville Location

Excellent location, quiet, comfortable & met all our needs. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Only challenge was that there were several key pad access points & the app would get finicky. I had to shut my phone down & restart it to get the app to work. As long as I did that, it worked fine. Would definitely go back. Great location to "see" Asheville.

Great Location but Please upgrade

Very clean place in a great location with safe access. We had 4 adults and the living room furniture was not comfortable or enough for 4 adults. Please upgrade the sofa and add an additional chair. The sofa is very uncomfortable as other reviewers have also said. With these simple upgrades everyone would give it 5 stars all the time.

Clean and convenient rooms and building.

Great location walking distance to downtown , clean, modern, comfortable and quiet except for a random guy playing on the street. We had problems with Paxton app at checkin. But Brandon stayed up late and helped us navigate and resolved issue. We didnt get in til after 10pm. Would have liked a phone number to call with an actual person, but texting through VRBO ultimately worked out. Bed was comfortable. Linens plentiful. Kitchen stocked. 2 king sized beds and one full sofa sleeper.

While the building is secure, not being able to have more than one ‘key’ on a mobile device was not easy. I have a 4 star review because we had to always be together in order to get into the building. I think the key process needs changing.

Good condo in great location

This condo served our family of 4 well for our trip to Asheville. Unit had enough space to enjoy our downtime. Basic supplies like soaps, TP, coffee, etc. were provided to keep shopping needs to a minimum. Also included is a parking spot, which is beneficial in downtown Asheville. The location was the real highlight of this condo. It’s just a block off the main drag of downtown & at the southern end of the downtown area. This means your close to the action, but not right in the middle of it. There were no issues with noise at night, and you can walk to downtown in just a couple minutes.

Leave your cares at home and the rest is in this unit!

My husband and I traveled with my parents. Having a king size bed in each one of the rooms was amazing. It was a selling point for us. Hehe. This place is beautiful. The little porch outside to sit and drink your coffee while you enjoy the beauty of the large tree that is changing colors since we went in autumn was a super treat. We were close to Black Mountain where we spent a day, Chimney Rock, and Lake Lure, where we spent another day, and right down the street from the Biltmore, which we love. We will be coming again. There was nothing we did not love about this property. We have a Prius that connects and there was a charging station in the property so that worked beautifully too. We did not cook in the place because we were really wanting to vacation but there were plates and glasses and coffee and creamer and all the utensils to whip up a storm if that’s what you want to do.

Lovely condo - and near to everything in downtown.

Initially - I was a little confused about getting into the parking lot and the building, using the key app, but that was just me being confused. Once I understood, it was easy. The condo building and common spaces were lovely, the parking area was convenient to the building's back entrance, and I felt very secure, which is important in a city, even a small city. The condo is lovely, clean and looks EXACTLY like the photos. The bathrooms are updated and there is plenty of storage. One side of the condo - including both bedrooms and the living room is wall to wall windows which provide wonderful light that streams into the condo. And best - because all the windows are fitted with shades and light cancelling drapes so that you can keep the sun out of your eyes in the early morning . The kitchen is great and includes all the basics. But nothing more than the basics. If you want to bake / cook in the oven you need to buy baking dishes. And if you have leftovers you want to save - you must buy baggies, plastic wrap, foil or food storage containers. There were also no spices or oils (Pam or similar) and there was nothing for counter/stove/sink cleaning. This made shopping a little more costly, but it made the condo feel clean and sanitary. The condo building is only a few steps up the hill to the downtown area- with everything (including incredible restaurants) at your fingertips. But remember - you are in a city and as such must deal with noise of delivery trucks, ambulances, car horns sometimes during the night and early morning. In summary - this condo is/was a lovely place to stay to explore Asheville. Convenient to everything; modern and secure. I would definitely return - in a heartbeat.
