Welcome to Nana’s Place in Asheville!

This is a very comfortable 2 BR/2 BA with expansive wrap around deck to take in city and endless mountain views. We are 5 minutes to downtown Asheville, & Biltmore Estate/Village. We are situated on Beaucatcher Mtn in the city. You have woods, wildlife, mountains and the city outside your door. Take advantage of everything Asheville has to offer while enjoying our comfortable home in the Kenilworth neighborhood!
Please note the host of this property lives in walk out basement. We do NOT share any of your space.

We so enjoyed staying at Nana's Place! The porch area was a perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The whole place was very clean. All the furniture was very nice and comfortable. I will be suggesting it highly to family and friends.

Friend’s wedding weekend!

We had the best time staying here. We were in town for a friend’s wedding and this location was close to downtown and it was super easy to get Ubers/Lyfts for cheap prices. The place was super clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone coming to the area!

Terrific Stay

Our family stayed at this property for two weeks to be close to a new baby in the NICU at Mission Hospital. The property is terrific and the hosts are wonderful. The views from the deck are terrific.

Clean place with great location

Our stay was very enjoyable. The host was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect with a nice deck and view but only a 5 minute ride to downtown. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed.

The property and location were perfect for an extended weekend visit to Asheville. Near the downtown, the arts district and Biltmore, but felt like it was in the country. Nice surroundings and big patio to relax on. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding home away from home.

Nana’s Place was ideal for our stay in Asheville. Centrally located to all the hot spots. The house itself was super clean and comfortable. All amenities are provided and some! Would definitely stay again if we visit Asheville.

Cozy and comfortable

We were a party of four and really appreciated the cleanliness and character of this home. The beds were comfy and the outdoor spaces wonderful. There’s two separate loving and dining areas to enjoy. We saw the resident black bear and enjoyed how close this was to various Asheville spots. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family

This Is our second year staying with Marie. The house is in a wonderful location in Asheville and has been the right amount of space for our family of four. Marie is always helpful, And we hope for another stay next summer!

Comfortable and close to everything

This is a comfortable place and it is close to everything in Asheville. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals and even stocks coffee for your morning. The deck is awesome! Highly recommend and would stay again.

We loved this property! So many little different nooks to sit in (multiple seating and dining areas inside and outside the house). Gorgeous porch with mountain views! Really comfortable King bed; not too firm and not too soft; just right!! Great showers with plenty of hot water. Kitchen had everything needed to cook basic meals. The house was quiet except for the occasional ambulance or medical helicopter landing at the nearby hospital but didn't bother us. I worked remote on video calls for multiple days and had no issues; the internet worked well for me. We walked downtown in about 25 minutes. The roads right at the house are single lane with not many pull offs if there's oncoming traffic. We have a small car and didn't have any issues but at night it did feel a little tight when cars were approaching. Great location though, quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe!

Great Asheville Location

This was our second stay at Nana's Place, and it was even better this time. The covered deck is a great addition. Very convenient to Downtown Asheville, River Arts and the various routes in and out of town. We hope to be back

Biltmore vacay
