A modern luxury appointed 2,066-square-foot home that sleeps four allowing you to comfortably engage the urban excitement Asheville offers from the spacious interior contemporary styled space or from the beauty of a private exterior garden surrounded on three sides by glass doors.

Located in Asheville’s vibrant town center at 59 Broadway, The Sinclair allows convenient access to the many points of interest and entertainment venues for which Asheville is known. Your residence provides the comfort and style you would expect at an exclusive high-end resort. For added convenience and safety, private parking in the building is available. The elevator is reserved only for guests of Residence 301 and services both the garage and the unit. The building's main entrance accesses 301 by stairs only.

The residence is furnished in a contemporary style with a kitchen and baths fully equipped for your personal and entertainment needs.

Enjoy a fully equipped entertainment center including high-speed Wi-Fi internet, a smart 48″ HD LCD TV in the living area and both bedrooms, and a Bluetooth and hard sourced sound system zoned separately for the bedrooms and living area.

Feel secure with audio and keyless controlled street access, private basement parking, keyless residence access via elevator or residence entrance, and access point security cameras. The residence has zoned heating and cooling to assure your comfort while entertaining, relaxing or at rest.

The opening to the entrance of the garage is 10 feet 8 inches wide and 8 feet 5 inches high. The clearance inside the garage for vehicles to enter and exit allow for vehicles that are :
-Less than 7 feet wide – from driver side rearview mirror to passenger side rearview mirror.
-Less than 15 feet long from front of vehicle including accessory attachments to back of vehicle including bike racks etc.
-Less than 10 feet 8 inches from ground to top of car including any racks and luggage carriers.
