Amazing location

The condo was spacious and very clean. The location was great to walk all over Asheville. Beds were super comfy and was well appointed with paper products, coffee and creamer, laundry and dishwasher pods, etc. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect location

We stayed here to enjoy a week exploring Asheville, at the end of each day, it was easy to walk to dinner a a variety of restaurants. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures, everything was perfect and it was great to have parking!

Great unit in a convenient location

Great property for a group of couples or a friends get away. Very close to restaurants, shops, and bars/breweries. The only slight negative is noise from the transit center across the street.

Great stay in Asheville!

The location was fantastic for Brewery hopping and walking everywhere. The unit very nicely decorated and modern and well equipped. Management responded quickly to any messages. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Asheville Condo

This was a wonderful property located within walking distance of all the special things Asheville has to offer. Ease at check in was fabulous communication with property manager was exceptional. Very clean and spacious.

Great Location

Minutes away from everything in downtown Asheville. Apartment was very clean and perfect if you need three beds and baths. Management was outstanding this building seems to have onsite people. We will be back! My only negative was the bus station across the street and the occasional nonsense that goes on with transients.But location still got a 4/5.

This condo was great and very well appointed. Walking distance to all things downtown and only a few miles from The Biltmore. Only negative is bus depot outside the condo which is a bit noisy early. Would definitely rent again.

Convenient downtown location

The reason I downgraded the rating on check in, is because the replacement of the entrance gate to the parking garage was scheduled at 4:00, at check in time, making it inaccessible when it was most needed for unloading. Very poor planning. The unit itself was nicely furnished, clean, and a hood location.

Lovely and clean

Ideal location . We got to watch a concert from the balcony too which was an added bonus . Secure and clean . A bit pricey in my opinion however overall a great place to stay with extended family . 2 bedrooms were master bedrooms and there was another bathroom and shower detached available for the 3 rd bedroom . This was big for my group as everyone needs their own space :). Thank you

Great downtown Asheville location, brand new condo

Stayed for a girls trip over a long weekend with plenty of room for 5 (2 king beds shared and 1 queen bed; 3 full baths) Very clean and comfortable, well stocked with supplies including coffee and cream (coffee pot, not a Keurig/pod coffee maker) Easy walk to everything downtown 1 parking spot in the garage with an open lot (paid parking) next door for our additional car Only thing to be aware of is the water heater is a bit small for 3 bedroom unit so we ran out of hot water the first morning after 2.5 showers, we planned accordingly the next couple days to space out time between the 5 of us and had no further issues

Property maintenance issues

Unfortunately, there were some property maintenance issues. A toilet was malfunctioning when we arrived, the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work and the building elevator broke down on our second day. I realize some of these issues are not the unit owners responsibility, but it made what would have been a 10 star stay a 5. The property maintenance company was very responsive to the reported issues.

spacious downtown location

3 bedrooms and 3 full baths makes this unit downtown a great choice for a family or couples. Easy walk to some of our favorite downtown spots. It is located directly across the street from the bus lines which attracts a lot of foot traffic and homeless population. It can be noisy. We live in a city so this did not bother us but something to be aware of. The ice maker didn’t work and the unit did get warm at night. You could not adjust the AC lower than 71 degrees. When maintenance arrived about the ice maker and couldn’t fix it he offered to get us a bag of ice which was nice. There was not a basic convenience store or grocery within walking distance. The parking garage has a low clearance and is a tight fit so be aware of that. But nice to have free parking downtown.

Good location for Asheville Trip

This condo is in a good location for walking to downtown restaurants and shops. The condo is across from the bus transit station which can have some noisy activity and people hanging out. Was nice that everyone could have their own bedroom and bath. Could not get tv to work and had to work on that - called the management company and they did get back to us but we could not find a mutual time to have them come over and show us so eventually figured it out on our own. Good to have a parking spot in the garage. Fire alarm did go off in the building in the middle of the night and we all had to evacuate the building. The smoke alarms in each unit do not have a shut off button so when the door to the unit where the alarm is going off is open the whole building's alarm system goes off. The fire department came and we met all the other residents outside! Would be helpful to have a manual that outlines what to do in an event like this. We were told there are 24 vacation rentals in the building and it shows as it is minimally furnished and not homey.
