The only downside for me was not understanding that although there are stairs to the beautiful blue waters of the lake, you cannot access the water. It is very difficult to be so tantalizingly close to the crystal clear water and not be able to swim. Unfortunately I did not see this in the ad, it was near the bottom of the very long description.
