"So I would give it even less than one star if at all possible. For starters the first conversation with the woman at the front desk was about how many times the cops had been there recently,which I thought great. There was an issue with the booking which was my fault but she made it into a bigger deal. After making a new reservation we waited 30-40 mins for it to show up on her end because she refused to look it up by the confirmation number I had. She was rude then and that was just the start. While all this is going on she continuously disappearing to the back where what I assume was her family was and was more worried about ordering food with them. It was as like take your kid to work day but she had the whole family. Next get to the room,just dirty. Ice bucket had all hair in it, nips underneath the bed. Only one set of towels so I go down and ask for more and a guy comes to the counter with bare feet and tells me that’s all I get. 2 people 1 set of towels for 2 days. Had to get aggravated till finally he gets some. Again so rude. The next I leave dirty towels at door at 11am comeback at 4pm there still at the door. Bring them down and ask for more and the same rude woman told me that’s all I get she can’t take them on 2nd shift if she does the state can shut them down and her fired. Totally nasty with me. 2 day stay they argued with me I get one set of towels unless 3 or more day stay for 2 ppl.The woman at the front desk rude and awful stay. $72 per night not worth it"

"Everything was great. A little dated, but well kept. The breakfast was very basic continental. The floors are tiled. Maid service was great. "

"We had a brief but great experience. The staff was super friendly, the food and coffee were delicious and it was a perfect location and visit for the campus. The place is wonderfully decorated with amazing touches from the paintings to the rugs. It brought out a lot of Husky Pride. Thank you"
