Beautiful Countryside cottage

Lillibelles has 3 bedrooms ,one main bathroom and an en suite to the master bedroom.
The views across the farm land from the cosy front room and the lovely open plan kitchen diner are a real treat!
The gate house is a wonderful place to relax and listen to the wild life or the lion's roar from the near by sanctuary.
The gate house is nestled on a beautiful lane, perfect for evening walks and within close proximity to the lovely village of Headcorn and Smarden. Beauty Treatments or afternoon tea, with or without fizz – Pamper yourself during your stay, please feel free to enquire!

Leider begann der Urlaub nicht so gut. Zufällig trafen wir eine Bekannte der Besitzerin die uns dann schnell , weil sie es eilig hatte, durchs Haus führte. Als sie gegangen war, stellten wir erst fest, dass wir keine Handtücher bekommen hatten. Telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen. Am letzten Abend erst kam die Eigentümerin und fragte nach unserem Aufenthalt. Sonst waren wir mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Etwas mehr freundliche Dekoration wäre schön gewesen. Auch ein sauberer Backofen mit Zubehör hätte uns gefreut.

Property itself was good for what we needed. 3A3C 1dog!! Secure outside space so our dog could be off lead and free to roam with no concerns of wandering off. Its modern and clean with plenty of room fornus all. Pictures are slightly outdated in that so features have changed the garden is much more established now but the room/bed layout is the the same. Fully equipped kitchen.We met both owners within 1hr of being in the property, really friendly and checked we had everything needed.In terms of location, we didnt struggle to find it at all. Plenty of parking and 5min drive to local quaint high street. Any walking you want to do does involve some lanes with no paths so be aware. We found a public footpath route which rakes you round the back of the big Cat sanctuary which was a lot of fun.Drove to Port Lympne, took approx 45mins.Lovely stay.

Great host and lovely spacious place! Despite all the rain, we enjoyed our holiday and would love to return back, hopefully next year for a longer time.The location was beautiful, and prompt instructions were given in advance on how to enter the property. The kitchen was big, nice and clean, the bathrooms were clean, and we had a lovely hot water all the time, which my little girl really enjoyed. My dog was happy with the size of the garden, and I left him without the lead to run out without the fear that he would run away.Due to the rain all the time we couldn't enjoy the barbecue outside, but that was not a problem. It was nice and cosy indoors with plenty of games that we could spend the time together.On the last day, my little girl forgot her soft toy, and she found out on the way home that she was missing it. Thankfully, the host was kind enough to post it back to me and reunite my girl with her toy.Lovely place and we will come back again!

Clean cottage with no amenities

When we arrived, hostess came out and said she would meet us at the cottage. She did not come. In an email the day before, she said they do not provide towels. Zero towels in the cottage. Who travels with bath towels? Sent email to say there is about half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Can we have more? No answer. Later I emailed there is no hand soap. No answer . She is next door! I went to her gate, locked and no answer to my call. Went back in the morning and called out and a man came. He did not introduce himself or welcome me and said no they do not provide hands soap or toilet paper. What?I insisted on toilet paper which I was given silently. If you go, enjoy the nice cottage but be aware you need your own towels, kitchen cloths, hand soap and toilet paper. That does not fit in my suitcase!

Perfect break in chalet style property

Property was lovely & comfortable.well equipped.Nice and clean.host was lovely and couldnt do enough but left us to enyoy the break.was at hand if needed.Perfect for the dogs.would recommend and stay again

Fantastic!

We have had a fabulous week in the lodge. Stacy was there to meet us and was on hand if we need anything. The lodge was clean and spacious and well equipped with everything we needed, in a perfect location. We loved listening to the lions too and hope to come back soon!

Comfortable stay in well equiped cottage

Nice little quirky cottage, cosy and comfortable. Air conditioning if required. Watch out for a few steps inside as it is on a couple of levels. Lovely big well equiped kitchen. Beds are low but comfortable. Other than the 4.30 cockeral alarm call would recommend!

Your web site was a little iffy, one part said ok for children . Then not suitable.

The place was excellent and the property owners were very kind and helpful. A nice peaceful holiday.
