Modern and clean hotel, but limited parking spaces let it down as one has to park at another car park within 10 min walking distance. The breakfast buffet is complimentary and the staff are friendly and professional. The twin beds are comfortable and the bedding is nice with the room and bathroom providing well designed ammenities

Excellent stay

Excellent stayover before heading to the Shuttle. The most impressive thing isthe beautiful smell when you walk in and the cleanliness of the reception area. I think the parking charge is a bit excessive though as it is £12.50 a night.

A very Comfortable Dtay in Ashford

This hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and very well positioned near the train station, the city centre, the Designer shopping centre and a supermarket.

Easy to get to from the train station and buses were replaced so no problems with travel. Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff couldn't do enough for us. The only thing for us was the pillows were too soft and the bed slightly uncomfortable, but overall a great stay.
