The hot water heater in our tiny house is sufficient for 1-2 showers before needing to reheat. If you’re traveling with more than 2 guests, it’s recommended to space showers apart.

Due to the nature of our mountain location, our home may lose power during weather events. Outages typically last for 2-3 hours when this occurs. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided for these occurrences. When power is out, cooking options are limited. If a guest chooses to check out during a power outage, a refund of the nightly fee will be provided. Guests choosing to keep their reservation will be charged the full booking amount.

While infrequent, the shed on the side of the house may be accessed during the day by a staff member as this is where we keep supplies for the rest of our cabins.

The hot tub chemicals are balanced twice a week. The tech is onsite for approximately 15 minutes. While it typically can be used 30 minutes after service is complete, if a water change is necessary, the hot tub will take 4-5 hours to reach the desired temperature. Hot tub use is not recommended for guests with certain medical conditions, guests with skin sensitivities, or children. Please consult with your doctor prior to use if this applies to you.

Infants are counted within the max occupancy of our home.

Seasonal outdoor amenities that may not be available in the winter and/or in pristine condition include: grill, patio furniture, and hammocks.

We have partnered with local service providers to provide the following optional ad-on services. Fees for add on services are listed below and shall be paid directly to owner via Stripe.
Snowshoe rental: $25/set
Trekking Poles: $15
Firewood Bundle: $20 (includes a bundle of kindling and large bundle of firewood)
