"The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed. The reserve was so peaceful"

"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "We stayed in the Badger View cottage while visiting family in Meopham. It’s a secluded and very comfortable cottage, and the owners couldn’t be nicer. Great place to stay if you’re looking for a well-appointed cottage with a relaxed feel and superb views. Three Shetland Ponies, three chickens, two dogs, and more squirrels and magpies than you can count! There are also badgers and foxes that come out in the evening, but we only saw one fox. Fantastic place to stay, and we hope to return sometime...
