"Incredible place that gave our family a wonderful experience of traditional Japan. The property is pristine and museum-like. For our family with teens, one night was perfect. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We are very glad we booked this property and made the trip, even though it was off our path. The surrounding town is lovely to stroll, shop and experience a hot springs town."

"The hotel was so nice and clean. We got a 45 minute private onsen which we could add more 45 minute any time. It was great. Also the stuff and especially tan!! Where really great. They had a car that took us from and to the train and even to a restaurant late night because we couldn't find an open restaurant near by. I really recommend!!"

The breakfast was nothing that we expected. It was awesome!! When staying here, you must eat breakfast here. Not an american style breakfast! "Property was great. We specifically chose this for its Onsen, so we did not get the chance to walk around the town. But location is very convenient, only 5 minutes from the train station and shopping is close by. Highly recommend, staff super friendly, food was delicious"

"A very convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Walk to bus station to Airport. The front desk staffs are all very nice and palite."

"Breakfast menu was limited. No salted fish or umeboshi. Smoking room was unpleasant. Wifi did not work well and we had to call front desk multiple times to connect to different room wifi. Location is near station but nearby convenience stores are not great. Elevator is slow."
