"The picture of the pool and buildings online are not this facility. Our condo was extremely dirty and things that were broken were fixed cheaply. The walls had blue spray paint where holes happened! Carpets were filled with stains. We were afraid to walk without shoes. Pool was very small compared to pictures. The grounds of the property were over grown and falling apart. Tried to call front office a few times but no one ever answers the phone. Would not recommend to anyone."

"We noticed what looked like to blood on the carpet by the bathroom. We were turned off by that. Also the bathtub didn't drain properly when we were taking showers. Water backed up like we were taking baths. Also the furnace closet was disgusting. The filter needed to be changed."

We stayed here as a family for our daughter’s graduation from Creighton, and it was ideal. The location is fantastic - close to everything in Aksarben and nestled in on a very quiet street. "Great neighborhood, quiet and green. Deck and yard area nice for relaxing outside. Basement game area a hit with players, lots to do. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked well in the early summer heat. Dining room was useful as an office for remote work. Overall really enjoyed our stay. If in Omaha again this is our top pick for stay. We have stayed in other places here and this one was best hands down."
