"We stayed here for two separate weekends over my daughter's graduation time. Basic, clean rooms. Family-owned and friendly service. I did ask for an extra pillow in a single queen bed-room (there were 3 pillows), and the owner would not give me one, saying they only offer 3 pillows in that room. Better customer service would have just been to give me the pillow. Otherwise I found the staff friendly and responsive when I needed more towels, get another key card, etc. The refrigerator in the first room was too cold, and froze our food, but we turned it down and was perfectly functional. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom showers and tubs were a older but fine condition and very clean. I would stay again for the price and value of a basic motel."

"Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I have stayed at Flag Ship several times because it formerly offered pet-free rooms and spaces. I greatly appreciated this as I have severe allergies to all fur babies, even when just in close proximity to them. This time, I requested a pet free room away from pet-friendly rooms but had people on either side stay with their fur babies throughout the week. This was a bit disappointing. I hope this property will continue to offer pet-free rooms and spaces (away from pet-friendly rooms) for those who physically cannot tolerate furry pets."

"This property is very nice. I haven't stayed at a BW for 30 years. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed in a King suite. The front desk was kind and helpful. Made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. They accommodated our pets and even gave us as part of the welcome, treats for the dogs and a sheet for the couch. That was really helpful in helping us to ensure our pets didn't negatively impact their furniture. Loved they did this. We will definitely be staying here again on out travel back to Mexico in the fall."
