Stayed at Cold Spring Plymouth Resort for 3 nights and had a great experience. Check-in was smooth, and they kindly allowed a late check-out at no extra charge. The resort is very quiet and peaceful, with beautiful golf course views—especially stunning during snowfall. The room was spacious, well-heated, and came with a full kitchen and utensils. Perfect for our stay with my wife and newborn. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Convenient location to the Pemi River, hiking, Sculptured Rocks and close to Plymouth. Definitely needs updating in the condos, however it was perfect for a fun long weekend with the family to go tubing down the Pemi and chill poolside. Good price and well stocked kitchen. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Family friendly atmosphere. Will return!

The property is 20 minutes from Waterville Valley resort. It is quiet and makes a good base for winter activities. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The indoor pool, hot tub and games are great for families.

Office staff was very helpful to make my stay very comfortable. I got there 3 hours before check-in time and the manager moved me to a bigger rental so I wouldn't have to wait. They were great and so was the place we stood at .

Great stay for family, spacious, plenty room for sleep and just hang out. The only issue was that one of the rooms heater barely worked, but it was just 2 of us this time, so wasn't a big issue. Definitely will come.
