his is the front half of a large updated older house. It is fully furnished and ready to occupy. Both bedrooms are upstairs with a deck upstairs off of one. The property has mature landscaping and a view of the mountains. It is in the south end of Ashland, just off Siskiyou Blvd. The rooms are large and there is air conditioning for the summer months. There are free laundry facilities on-site, off-street parking and the utilities are included!
