Luckily, one of us was always in the room while we were loading up, or we would have both been looked out. Carpets were stained. The heating unit was constantly going off and on all night. Bed was nice though. "

"No heat in any of the rooms. Had to ask for extra blankets just to stay warm and the beds were extremely uncomfortable with very thin mattresses. Pool was unusable and the only thing available in the morning was coffee and tea. "
