Step into the cozy living room, where you'll find a couch, TV, and a two-seat table—perfect for morning coffee with a view. From here, enjoy serene sights of the Ashtabula Harbor and lighthouse right from your seat.
To the left, the guest bedroom features twin-size bunk beds and a closet for your convenience. The charming vintage-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals and has seating for 4. Just off the kitchen is the master bedroom, offering a king-size bed, TV, desk for remote work, and a private half bath.
You'll also find a full bathroom with a spacious shower, luxurious soaps, and soft towels, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Outdoor living is just as inviting—with front patio seating, lounge chairs, and two fire pits for relaxing evenings. Out back, there’s a kennel with two dog igloos and a large stainless steel table, perfect for cleaning the catch of the day.
