"first of all, how do I begin? when we first got here the check in at the office was fine. when coming our way into the motel it was old musty bed sheets and had a broken lamp that couldn’t be turned on. It’s nothing like the photos so don’t be fooled by them. We were charged an EXTRA $40 for a person. (that is an insane price.) Outside there were kids playing basketball and screaming, running, playing HIDE AND SEEK from 7-10PM. When I left a bad review earlier, the owner knocked on our door and started YELLING at us on the phone asking why we gave a bad review. If u can’t tolerate reviews from what you give and get mad over it then maybe don’t run a motel at all. Obviously our safest option was to say we didn’t leave the bad review, or who knows how long that would’ve went for. Plenty of stains too and amounts of dust in corners. I would not wish this motel on anyone, even super 8 is a better choice and more comfortable. impossible to sleep, I already read the reviews and saw what the owner had to say, if you’re reading this just saying, you need to fix the things people are complaining about and stop being so defensive about it. “We got a keurig and good mattress.” Maybe you do but, everything else is absolutely trash. If you’re so defensive and annoyed about bad reviews that CLEARLY shows you do not care for improvement since you’re not understanding your customers and decide to argue and make yourself right ."

"The good... The breakfast! The hot tub jets with nice power! The needs IMPROVING... To just accommodate someone quiet and clean like me as I just wanted a top floor with nobody over me and was under some fool stomper til almost 11 pm and was a worry. I asked NICELY at check in! That same uncaring selfish soul was stomping around again before 7 am! Just post up a quiet policy everywhere and in elevators for the selfish fools to MAYBE read. OK??? Accommodate the good guests MORE! The place is not that well soundproofed!"

"The staff are great--friendly,helpful and always willing to help. The bathroom was poor--Above the sink lights and ceiling fan did not work at all therefore crating fog when using hot water. These problems were reported to front desk to very nice young lady tues AM,but nothing was done tho it was looged into your computer.POOR. Two 110 plugs did not work in the room."

"The beds were comfortable and the room we had was quiet. The property is aging but well maintained. At breakfast they had gluten free bread (but no dedicated gf toaster) and gf muffins - both froen but easily defrosted. There were other breakfast items (that were gluten-free eggs, sausage, hashbrowns) - really appreciate this."

"I lived the extra sink outside of the washroom. It was nice that someone else could get ready. I love the bench in the room as it’s perfect for luggage. Nice and clean."
