"Not sure what we were expecting when we booked the "Tool Shed" but we were very pleasantly surprised on arrival. Wendy and Ivor welcomed us and showed us around and really couldn't do more for us during our comfortable 3 night stay. We were 2 minutes walk from the King Henry VIII pub where we ate two evenings and a 5 minute walk to Hever Castle both recommended. If you want something out of the ordinary, a relaxing break and lovely hosts then I can highly recommend this B&B if your visiting this area. We would certainly book it again if we came down this way."

"Comfortable and stylish hotel in an excellent location near the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells. Breakfast was very good although it took time to find a member of staff to take our order when we arrived at 7.30am. "

"The hotel is on the main street accessed via a side alley with steps and parking is available across the road. A warm welcome on arrival. We had room 20 which was spacious and had a view onto the bustling Pantiles street area of TW. If you are like us a couple staying overnight for a nice dinner and a few drinks, this is actually a perfect place to stay. On the Sunday morning because we were up early, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel which is à la carte and I must say the coffee was of an excellent standard, akin with Black Sheep, so well done on that front. My partner’s sausage on sourdough was lovely and I had a light Toast/preserves which was also lovely. Service was understated but good. No air con but the fan was surprisingly effective. Enjoyed the stay. "
