"This was a great holiday rental on NE coast of Zakynthos. The generous and private outside space was the highlight with the sunrise visible. The apartment was clean and presentable and the King size bed was very comfortable. The only improvement would be being able to flush the toilet paper (as we have previously done on another luxury rental property on Zakynthos) rather than use the bin which necessitated daily house-keeping. "Nice hotel and we loved our room as it had its own pool with an excellent view. Breakfast in a morning was nice but they just couldn't get coffee hot, even the staff said the same, not great for a 5 star hotel. A very sterp hill up to this property and you can get the golf buggy to take you from your room to the town down the hill and phone reception to get it to come and collect you. They dont tell you this you have to find out for yourselves. Even though its a nice hotel its lacking some central bar where you can have a drink or have a chat with people. Used the Flow bar once but the staff couldn't be bothered to come back to serve us so after 10mins of waiting we got up and left. Service was hit and miss and for the money you pay i would expect better for a 5 star hotel"

"The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping our room clean and tidy however they are hampered by not having the right size sheets for the beds. A double bed is not 2 singles pushed together so when hotels do this the sheets do not fit making each nights sleep uncomfortable and annoying. Staff at the restaurant were welcoming and friendly and the buffet was always very well presented, re supplied and with lots of choice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We did not use the pools but they looked well looked after. The hotel is very well located, just a short walk down the road to the blue flag awarded Kalamaki beach. The hotel is on the flight path for the nearby airport but this did not bother us at all. We had a hire car and there is a small free car park to use and there is space on the road outside also. We had an issue with the safe when we arrived and this was sorted promptly. We recommend this hotel."

"We had a lovely stay. The day clerk, Monica is very helpful, and is a wealth of information, and just a lovely person The room was large and very clean, very comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty and has lots of choice. The location is great, no shortage of reataurants close by. We uaed Best Choice cars, their officw is cloae and they delivered to the hotel. Very enjoyable stay."

"The hotel and staff are great. Beautiful pool and hotel. What you don't know until you get there that this is for families with young children, and couples over 55 that don't want to leave the hotel. There is nothing in the area to do except to go to the beach, which does not have beach bars. But everything with the hotel is great."
