The bed is comfortable; the bath is modern; there's a fantastic wood-stove. And the owners have provided wonderful maps and suggestions for walks in the area. You're just up the hill from the Punch Bowl, a gastro-pub with good food. This is a very special place to stay."

"House not cleaned properly, plug socket in middle bedroom hanging off wall, tv aerial cables hanging out wall in kitchen at fridge,leaking radiator in kitchen - reported to owner/management company on day 1 of holiday - no response. Had to put newspapers down to dry floor up, wall crumbling in corner of kitchen, paint flaking off numerous walls & in poor state of decoration. Have stayed in many holiday cottages which were all of much better standard - I would not recommend this cottage."

"Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Stunning views from the rear of the property. Very clean and had every thing we needed for our stay. Pub just a few minutes walk away with good food. Otherwise quite remote but there are shops a short drive away. Perfect location for a countryside retreat."
