Het chateau ligt op een prachtige locatie met een mooi uitzicht. Het is ruim en ...

Het chateau ligt op een prachtige locatie met een mooi uitzicht. Het is ruim en sfeervol. Sommige bedden waren wat hard en de keuken is klein. Aan dat laatste wordt gelukkig gewerkt er komt een grote nieuwe keuken. Met 18 personen hadden we heel veel ruimte en de kinderen hebben we bijna niet gezien. Die waren of buiten op de tennisbaan of in een van de 3 speelkamers. De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen veel informatie en als er zaken niet goed waren werden die meteen opgelost. In de omgeving zijn veel interessante dingen te doen, van wandelingen direct vanaf het chateau tot een bezoek aan de D-day stranden. Supermarkt en veel mooie winkeltjes (bakker, viswinkel, delicatessen) op 5 minuten rijden. Deze plek en het chateau zijn een echte aanrader!

Chateau Saint Gervais was voor ons als 'grand famille' met 17 mensen een ideale plaats om vakantie door te brengen. Prachtige accomodatie en omgeving met veel voorzieningen (tennisbaan, biljart, ping-pongtafel, e.d.). Maar ook heel veel mooie natuur (wandelen) en plaatsen in de omgeving die zeer de moeite waard zijn zoals Rouan, Lisieux en kleinere plaatsen. Al met al een ideale vakantieplek.

Het kasteel is prachtig gelegen en heeft een schitterend uitzicht. Hoewel enigszins verouderd, is de binnenkant toch verzorgd. Jammer dat de keuken iets te klein uitviel. In de regio zijn ook mooie uitstappen te doen het stadje Honfleur is echt de moeite waard (markt op zaterdag) en voor de liefhebbers van Calvados de Chateau de Breuil ligt in de buurt. Chateau St Gervais is een aanrader voor groepen tot 20 personen.

Wir haben hervorragende pRODUKTE IN AUSNEHMEND FREUNDLICHEN TOLLEN gESCHÄFTEN DER uMGEBUNG EINKAUFEN KÖNNEN. Wir haben mit Freude in der bestens ausgestatteten Küche kochen können. Draußen gegessen und abends mit einem Gläschen Rotwein Boule gespielt. Wir haben alle Sportmöglichkeiten genutzt und waren restlos begeistert. Ein supertoller Wanderweg von ca 9 km führt direkt an der Schloßmauer entlang.
