Downstairs:
Patio doors to spacious open plan kitchen/living.
Seating and dining area, games, toys and books. High chair.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and Senseo coffee (pads) machine.

Upstairs:
1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.

private bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.
Stair gate top of the stairs only.

Outside:
Garden set in courtyard, in front of the cottage.
